| 1981, July. : | "Hong Hsiang" (Yuan Chang’s predecessor) was founded as a specialized company for maintaining and repairing paper making machine. |
| 1994, July. : | Yuan Chang Tsay Industry Co., Ltd. was established and specialized in producing various environmental protection equipments. |
